Tired of Bullies

2 Hello. My name is Hope and I am 14 years old. The problem is my parents will not let me have a mobile phone. They say it's unnecessary for a teenager. All my friends have one. I feel really isolated.
What can I do to make them understand they are destroying my social life?

  3. Dear Hope,
you should talk with your parents and try to make them understand that it's normal to have a mobile phone at your age. Tell them that all of your friends have one, so maybe they will understand that. Also tell them that by having a mobile phone, they will be able to reach you everywhere.
Let me know if it helped,

Talk to your parents and tell them that a cell phone is very useful at this time. That you won't always be on it but when you need to be. Talk and see maybe they let you.

  5. Dear Jack,
Talk to your parents about your problem or with someone older and tell them you are a victim of violence. If you ashamed of your parents, tell the teacher or someone from the school to help you. You shouldn't be ashamed to admit because if you don't confess no one will be able to help you.

  11. Dear Hope, let's talk to our parents and tell them that a cell phone has its good sides. For example, they can call you whenever they want and see where they are at any time. Also tell them that they can limit her time using some apps. I hope they let you finally buy a cell phone.

  12. Dear Jack,
I think that you need to forget that boy because he is not important in your life. The voilence is not good solution.
The more you don't think about him better will be for you. You must know that will always be something that will try to stop you in life and thats why you need to be resistant on it.

  13. Dear Hope!
Maybe you can talk to your parents and tell them there’s nothing wrong with having a cell phone. You can tell them that all your friends have a cell phone, and only you don’t. Try to explain to them that having a cell phone today is normal for those years. I hope that conversation will change their minds and that you will get a cell phone soon.

  16. Dear Jack don't pay attenion at all at the boy that bullies you and see if he quits bulliying. If he continues to do it then you should talk to your friends, teachers and parents about it. Don't forget that you are better than him, don't fight with him and believe me everything will be good.

    Dear Jack,
I think you should talk with someone. I don't think trying to handle it by yourself will help you, it can even make the situation worse. Try solving the problem with your parents, your teacher and his parents. Bullies can only turn worse and that would be bad for both of you.
